“I ordered the set and almost returned it because it’s made in China, and I try not to buy Chinese products. However, I needed it at the moment, so I decided to go ahead.
I wouldn’t really consider this to be outdoor furniture. It’s easy to put together and looks nice, but the bolts are not the same color as the frame, so they stand out. It’s comfortable enough, but… when it rains, the cushions soak in the water and take days to dry completely.
I would not recommend this set for uncovered outdoor spaces, which is what I bought it for. I’ve owned American- and Italian-made outdoor furniture, and they don’t absorb water like these cushions. To make this work, I’ll need to purchase covers or spray water repellent on the cushions, but I don’t love the idea of adding chemicals on top of the unknown chemicals already present.
If you’re in a windy area, covers can be a hassle, so keep that in mind. Overall, not happy, but your experience may differ.”
